How long does shipping take?
- United States : 2 to 5 business days, complimentary.
- European Union : 5 to 10 business days, free above €200 (flat €15 fee below).
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
What is the warranty?
VALA racquets are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Can I return this racquet?
Yes, 14 days from delivery. The racquet must be unused, with tags, in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Email info@valapadel.com to start a return.
