Shipping

Where do you ship?

VALA ships across the United States, European Union, and Asia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us at info@valapadel.com, we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complimentary across the United States, no minimum order. For European Union orders, shipping is free above €200. Below €200, a flat €15 fee applies.

How long does shipping take?

United States : 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

European Union : 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Express shipping is available at checkout for select destinations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A copy of the order invoice must be included. European Union customers benefit from an additional 14-day cooling-off period under EU law.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any related fees (credit card processing, packing, warehouse handling) may also be deducted from the refund. Exception : if the item is defective or was shipped in error, VALA covers the return shipping and provides a full refund or replacement.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at info@valapadel.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is authorized, we'll provide the return address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your invoice, and send us the tracking number once shipped. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return :

  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders (including L'Atelier pieces)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Accessories that have been opened or used (grips, overgrips, bags)
When willI receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only, original shipping fees and processing fees are not refundable.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on VALA racquets?

Yes. All VALA padel racquets purchased on valapadel.com come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover breakages, damages, or defects resulting from misuse, impacts, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Email us at info@valapadel.com with :

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team evaluates each claim within 2 to 3 business days. If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or repair.

What if my item arrives defective?

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@valapadel.com immediately with photos of the defect.

We will :

  • Cover return shipping costs
  • Provide a full refund or replacement at your preference
  • Process your claim within 2 to 3 business days

Products & Sizing

Which VALA racquet is right for me?

Four racquets, four intentions :

  • VALA One: Round frame, even balance, soft feel. For players who treat the game as a daily pleasure. Best for beginner to intermediate.
  • VALA One Diamond: Diamond frame, 18K carbon, head-heavy balance, 365 g. For players who play with intent. Best for intermediate to advanced.
  • VALA Monochrome: Diamond frame, signature tonal palette, premium build. The expression of the house. Best for advanced players.
  • VALA One Junior: Lightweight, head-light, designed for young players (ages 8 to 14).
How does VALA apparel fit?

Our tees have a slightly oversized, boxy and unisex fit.

Available in XS, S, M, L, XL. Our model wears a size M (180 cm / 5'11"). If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

Fabric : 73% premium cotton, 27% Sorona® eco-conscious fiber. Soft, breathable, durable, and partly sourced from renewable plant-based materials.

How do I care for my racquet?

Avoid leaving it in extreme heat or cold (especially inside a car). Temperature changes can damage the core and frame. Use a protective cover or thermo bag when transporting it. Keep it dry after playing, especially if courts are wet or humid. Don't hit the glass, fences, or floor with the racquet. Small cracks can grow over time. Replace the overgrip regularly to maintain grip and reduce sweat damage. Store it indoors at room temperature when not in use. Check the frame and surface periodically for cracks or soft spots.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods :

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, your order enters preparation and can no longer be changed.

Email us at info@valapadel.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original order (within 14 days), and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. Email info@valapadel.com to initiate a return.

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale partnerships?

Yes. VALA offers four flexible wholesale tiers designed for padel clubs, boutique resorts, and select retailers.

  • Starter (10 to 25 racquets) : for clubs beginning their padel offering.
  • Growth (25 to 50 racquets) : for programs expanding their footprint.
  • Premium (50 to 100 racquets) : for high-volume programs.
  • Elite (100+ racquets) : for partners seeking full integration with the brand.

Minimum order : 10 racquets / $1,500 minimum.

L'Atelier Custom

Can I order custom racquets for my brand, hotel, or club?

Yes. L'Atelier VALA designs custom and co-branded racquets for boutique hotels, padel clubs, brands, and corporate partners.

Our process: Initial Brief → Racquet Design → Material Configuration → Mold Selection → Finishing & Delivery.

  • Design phase: 1–2 weeks.
  • Production: 4–6 weeks.
  • Shipping: 2 weeks worldwide.
